Add 3 new occupation laws.
Communism:
liberate workers
+0.03 compliance
-30% factories
-10% resources
Fascism:
total propaganda
+0.03 compliance
-10% factories
-30% resources
Non aligned:
buy local elite’s loyalty
+0.03 compliance
-20% factories
-20% resources

UPD:
improved compatibility with future game versions – new code saved in separate file, so wouldnt change any vanilla code.
