Description:

Some fixes to the TEST version of BlackICE mod for HoI IV.

Any feedback welcomed!

0.3:
– fixed untis (e.g. non-airborne HQs with airborne divisions, motorised hospitals with non-motised units and usage of deprecated artillery units instead of artillery_brigade in some ofdivision templates)

0.1:

– dockyard limitation for non-capital ships is removed;
– unlimited speed for motorized field hospitals removed (now it’s 10 km/h);
