KaiserreduX: Rules Crash Fix
Due to the engine limitations and quirks of hoi4, the more game rules a given mod has the more ram intensive it becomes to open them, possibly causing a crash for people with lower amounts of it.
This simple mod cuts down on the amount of country buff sliders in KX, leaving only 1 that is necessary for game rules tab to even open, in hopes of possibly fixing the crash for people that have encountered the problem.
The mod obviously requires to be loaded alongside original KX, be it the steam or github version. It should never become outdated as it replaces the buffs file itself.
