Description:

For the moment i added:
– better Battle Order base and organization in the real Russian navy in 01/01/2000 with historic spawn
– add more ship
– add experience for ship
– add the reserve ship
– add accurate name for ship ( ex : Admiral Ushakov (renammed only in 2004) -> Besstrashny )
– add B-XXX and K-XXX submarine numero (ex : Tambov -> B-448 Tambov)
