- 10 Years of playable content for Tuva, replacing the People’s Revolutionary Council while retaining Vasilevsky and expanding his role (now with another 10 thanks to 2WRW!)
- Reunify the Soviet Union as Nikolai Shchelokov, Leonid Brezhnev and their clan of dubious bureaucrats
- Fight the Second Great Patriotic War, with the generic communist 2WRW unifier outcome for now but with unique Vladivostok negotiations content (unique 2WRW immediate postwar content coming soon)

- About 50 flavor events, possibly more for post 2WRW
- Post 2WRW playable content about the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and picking Brezhnev’s successor
- A GUI to keep track of who the power players in the Brezhnev government are, with the possibility of having other Soviet unifiers and wholly unique characters succeed Brezhnev after 1980
- Another GUI for Brezhnev’s unique Anti-Fascist Congress (Comintern alternative) with the possibilty to later found the UN
