イデオロギー関連をいろいろ変更するmodです。

変更点：
・サブイデオロギーごとに専用のアイコンとカラーを設定
・サブイデオロギーごとの説明文をすべて書き直し
・ファシストを国粋主義、共産主義を社会主義、非同盟/中道主義を権威主義に変更
・殆どのサブイデオロギーの名称を変更
