This is a tweaked version of Player Led Peace Conferences by Neutrino, which can be found here:

I have customized the mod to adjust how pricing for territories is determined. The costs for actions performed by AI are multiplied by 1000 if a player is involved in the conference, preventing them from making any demands.

Actions made by players are reduced to a cost of 1.

Note: This mod is designed purely for the BBA Peace Conference system, and as such, the DLC is required. The original Player-Led Peace Conferences mod should not be enabled for this one to work properly.
