This submod replaces generic portraits of many operatives with authentic ones. It also adds new operatives to some countries (some are completely new, others are just restored from dlc)

-Austria (3 restored vanilla)
-Canada (3 portraits)
-China (1 portrait)
-Chile (1 restored vanilla)
