Shandong Content Added! Bring Zhang Zongchang back to life, and unify China under your "basedest" reign, declaring the dogmeat dynasty!
– Focus tree and full content for the Shandong tag.
– New mechanics and a BOP for the Zongchang path.
– NEW: Expanded law system and replacement of the coal resource with grain.
– Scripted peace deal event for the 2nd Sino-Japanese War.
