The floating tanks added as battalions into regular divisions, because the PDX did not add support unit of floating reconnaissance tanks.
Some characteristics of advisers and commanders have been changed, and new ones have been added. Now the Union has 2 scientists for land special projects and 2 for naval. (nooriginal portraits yet)
The starting ideas are rebalanced. Added new ones with certain buffs and debuffs. Increased basic war support without changing the final one.
In Sverdlovsk added 80 tungsten as a representation of excavation of all Ural region.
Added 2 shipyards in a historical locations.
Moscow will get dam at the 1937 by event.
New decisions will help develop the USSR and allow to integrate Western territories, but not for free.
