OWB: UTCM Addon – Mountain Logistics

Long ago, Mountain Provinces used to be absolutely terrible places to try to build things. Then they became impassible terrain, and they became impossible to build in.
While this mod doesn’t change mountainous/inhospitable provinces such as mountains or The Glow to let you build freely in them, it does allow you to (via decision) build a Mountain Logistics Center that you can then build Infrastucture out of to the rest of the province, build hidden Anti-Air sites and Radar Stations for defense, construct OSHA (FoA)-approved Factories, and if you have ERX installed allows you to construct a Civilian Power Grid to core the province.
…and yes, this mod was made entirely because seeing non-blue provinces while building things during World Conquest runs irked me.
Put plainly: It lets you build Infrastructure, AA, and Radar in mountains, and if you have ERX a decision becomes visible to build Civilian Power Grids too.
