These questions and more are what spurned the idea of the "World of the Silent Sun", a solmen world where the Soviets and Japanese face off in a cold war with the rising Italian Empire as a third wheel, ever so eager to strike when the moment is best. Will you be able to lead your nation to conquer the earth, or will you sit back and watch the chaos and swoop in at the last minute to secure victory?
