1. After opening the resolution interface, a small button will appear on your core territory controlled by others. After clicking on the map, you can negotiate with the controlling country to recover the territory.
2. If they are in the same regime or camp as the other party, they will agree. If they are not and their forces are weaker than the opposite party, they will be rejected.
If they refuse, they can go to the next stage and recover the land in a peaceful way.
3. It can control in the resolution whether AI can put forward the request to recover the core territory (default refusal).
