Performance Plus+
This mod adjusts several game speed and graphics-related defines in Hearts of Iron IV to provide a smoother, more optimized gameplay experience — especially for longer sessions or lower-end systems.

Tested on my system: approximately 15 to over 20 FPS gain (sometimes below 15)
Not Ironman-compatible, as it modifies game defines.
PS: If you’re worried that the mod gives unfair advantages or makes the gameplay easier, don’t worry — only the graphics have been adjusted, and the only gameplay-related change is the game speed, which doesn’t actually make the game easier.
