A mod that gives the Kingdom of Sardinia the chance to unify Italy – but, this time, from the South!
Basically, the Savoyards annex the Two Sicilies and the Papal States. The annexations include divisions, factories and navies and nothing else; they can gain leaders, cores etc via focuses and events. Both tags eventually core the entire country + move their capital to Rome + join factions through normal focuses and events, nothing is broken in this regard.
I have no idea how balance plays out. I suppose this is great for the Entente.
