Description:

Lend lease in the game requires a thousands of convoys that the Soviet Union never has. Now it’s easier with this mod.

You can see the decisions when:
– SOV is at war with GER
– You are at war with GER
– You are not in the faction with SOV
– You have at least 10 mils

AI sends equipment to the Soviet Union when:
– has the equipment
– when SOV has no equipment

Mod compatible with everything, it does not a single game file

UPDATE
AI will send eq to Soviet Union more, when they have at least 25% Surrender Progress

MOD DOES NOT EDIT SINGLE FILE FROM BASE GAME, MOD DOES NOT NEED UPDATES
