Strengthen Every Nation [Updated NCNS]
This mod allows you to adjust the strength of every nation in Hearts of Iron IV, not just the major powers.
In addition to adding support for the new Chinese Warlord states. This update also includes Faction buffs.
Note: These buffs stack with individual country buffs, so buffing the United Kingdom and the Allies would give the UK 2x the buffs.
Currently, you can strengthen the following factions:
