Generally replaces Joseph Stalin with Alya and Trotsky with Yuki

Updated for 1.17.*

Unsure of what to do to make ironman compatible at this stage so I’ve left in the personal preference for 40-division armies and adjustments to ideology rules.

If you look into it and find what would make it ironman compatible, then let me know and I’ll fix it.

*Disclaimer, not going to act like I perfectly replaced every image or localisation reference with Alya but hey all for the funny
