Summary:

The mod adds a store to the Decisions tab, where the player can purchase various types of equipment, research bonuses, and research slots (Scientific department), as well as civilian factories, military factories, dockyards, refineries, boost your political power, and manpower (Investment department).

Purchases are made using political power and temporarily used factories
(Temporary %consumer goods if it’s about investments or buying research slots)

In the game rules, you can adjust the price in political power — three steps up and three down by 33%.

Cooldown for purchasing weapons and research bonuses — 180 days, for political and manpower investments — 140 days, for road investments — 210 days. There is no cooldown for purchasing factories or research slots.

Available for Purchase:
Page I: Infantry and Support Equipment. Page II: Artillery, AT, AA, MLRS. Page III: Trucks, Convoys, Trains, Transport Planes. Page IV: APCs, Light, Medium, Heavy, and Modern Tanks. Page V: Fighters, CAS, Tactical and Strategic Bombers. Page VI: Battleships, aircraft carriers, cruisers, destroyers, submarines

Required equipment and aircraft must be researched, otherwise they will not be available for purchase! MLRS also requires research! Tanks and aircraft will be created according to the last created template.

Investment department:

By investing political power, you can gain new civilian factories, military factories, dockyards, refineries, manpower, and even political power as dividends. The amount is determined randomly (see table below).

Added road investments that provide 1 unit of infrastructure to a random region and a random 70-day bonus to its construction.

Scientific department:

In the Scientific department, you can purchase research bonuses. All available bonuses are listed in the table below.

You can also increase your total number of research slots up to 8. The price depends on how many slots you already have. If you already have 8, no one purchase decisions will be shown. Slots above 5 can be sold if needed and repurchased later.
