Random Country++
I tweaked the random country placement mod so that instead of starting with literally nothing you start with a random army, navy, generals, admirals, and a set of technology.
I updated this to make it so that the ai can’t make factions across the world, but will still make factions with countries you can reasonably reach. (naval invasions included)
Fixed the bug where the generals have no portraits.
I modified this mod from the workshop.
