本mod可以：
1.将伤亡人数反馈到对应征兵地区扣除人口
2.劳动力人口和工厂产出相关，单个工厂至少需要二点五万劳动力，否则会受到产出惩罚
This mod can:
1.This mod can provide feedback on the number of casualties to the corresponding conscription area and deduct the population。
2.The labor force is related to factory output, and a single factory requires at least 25000 labor force, otherwise it will be subject to output penalties
