UPDATED TO 1.17.0

Completely reworks Hearts of Iron 4’s colours from the ground up to lean more on soft, natural tones to pursue a more historical feel. Every starting nation, releasable nation and formable nation has been touched on, though some might have been missed so feel free to leave suggestions.

This mod is intended to be played with the Kaiserreich style map and Kovas’ State Rework, though neither is required for it to function and they’re entirely optional.
