All germany national focus reaching time reducaded 50% (example 70 day ones now 35 days)

Oberbefehlshaber West (German: initials OB West) (German: "Commander-in-Chief in the West") was the overall commander of the Westheer, the German armed forces on the Western Front during World War II. He was directly subordinate to the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht (German armed forces High Command). The area under OB West’s command changed as the war progressed. At its widest point, it reached the French Atlantic coast.

This is why it has special buffs against enemies in the west, and the Oberkommando is a panzer-focused Armed Force, which also adds tank bonuses.
