In vanilla, there was a problem that the USA ship could not travel between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans due to the issue of range of navigation because the ai did not change its home port. To solve this problem, we set the range of navigation of all ships except submarines as the range of navigation of the latest ships.
USA, ENG and JAPAN will now prioritize sending patrol and strike task force to those waters if hostile ships exist close to their own mainland.
ENG will actively carry out anti-submarine activities and will eliminate enemies that threaten its transport ships.
USA will protect ENG instead if it is deemed no longer capable of protecting its own mainland.

In the current supply system, if a fleet suffers from supply shortages, carrier-based aircraft lose organization and are unable to sortie. Fleet supply is calculated based on the home port, but the AI does not take this into account and often selects a nearby port in the operational area as its home port—even if that port has extremely poor supply capacity.
As a result, almost all AI fleets, except for small patrol groups, end up in a constant state of supply shortage. Consequently, aircraft carriers are unable to participate in combat in most cases. This issue is especially noticeable for the United States, as it often fights near Japan while setting its home ports to Pacific islands, causing the majority of its carriers to be unable to engage in battles.
To address this problem, the supply consumption of ships has been greatly reduced. This change resolves the issue where aircraft carriers fail to participate in combat due to fleet supply shortages.
