Have you ever felt disappointed by how Veronica’s story ends in Fallout: New Vegas?
If the tragic fate of the Mojave Chapter left you disheartened, and if tales of doomed love and shattered hopes move you to tears, then this mod is for you.
In OWB – Never Fade Away, you will have the opportunity to set in motion a chain of events that leads the marginal Veronica Santangelo to take control of the Mojave Chapter. From there, you will unlock a hidden focus tree that allows you to reshape the very identity of the Brotherhood of Steel.
- The ability to change the leader of the Mojave Chapter
- A small focus tree (30+ focuses) if Veronica takes over
- 6 formable nations unlocked according to the choices you’ll make
How to get Veronica : Play as Mojave Chapter. Take the focus "I could Make You Care". Win the Sunburst operation then wait until mid 2278. Something unexpected will happen.
Tips : The Mojave Chapter can be hard to play. Veronica’s path will add a difficulty by locking the player from taking the BigMT and the Sierra Madre focuses. If you want a successful run, here are some tips :
– take the focus to activate ARCHIMEDES II before 2278, otherwise you’ll be locked from it.
– If Hayes, Kimball or Moore is president of the NCR, DO NOT take the focus "The bear in the room" before beating the Legion. Otherwise, you’ll end up in a two front war.
– On the contrary, if Allgood or Calhoun are president, this focus will makes you ally the NCR, so you might want to take it ASAP. If the NCR is in crisis, you will join the war on the Californian Way’s side
