This mod add a Decision category that allows you to recruit Touhou characters into your country. With a few clicks, you can bring iconic names from Gensokyo into your political cabinet.

Whether you’re playing a major power, a minor, or something completely cursed, you’ll have access to a large recruitment list and can build your “dream team” of Touhou Character.
