Description:

The Fire Rises: Deepstate Strikes Back is a submod for TFR (obvious) which adds more interventions for Cognoscenti path for Union of America. Also features decisions to unite continents after completing focus "New World Order". And four supervents for large wars (actually three, one of them is already in base mod). Also features game rules for AI to always go Cognoscenti or autosuccess in Judas Gambit for AI (BETA, AI cognoscenti is AI cognoscenti, meaning it sucks somehow)
