Clean State View: 5×5 State Buildings Only

Are you tired of UI elements overlapping or getting cut off when using mods that add more building slots or resources? This mod completely reorganizes and expands the State View GUI to provide a cleaner, much more spacious layout.
Key Features:
- Expanded Building Slots: Displays up to 25 state building slots at once in a neat 5×5 grid.
- Expanded Resource Slots: Increased to 8 slots (4 rows) to easily view all resources without scrolling or overlapping.
- Optimized Font Size: Adjusted the font size to fit perfectly inside the UI boxes. No more text overflowing, even with extreme numbers like "999/999" slots or "15,000+" resources.
- Cleaner Layout: Removed the redundant shared slot UI and neatly relocated the Power/Energy UI next to the state modifiers.
- Bigger Province Window: Expanded the bottom province info window so supply hubs, naval bases, and other icons are never cut off.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️
This is PURELY a GUI/UI mod. It DOES NOT change the game mechanics, increase the maximum building slot limit to 999, or add new resources. It simply expands the visual "container" so that if you use other mods that do this, your UI can handle it perfectly.
Highly recommended to be used alongside unlimited building slot mods, resource expansion mods, or major overhauls!
