Description:

UPDATED TO 1.17.4
Construction speed + 3 additional buildings added :

-Steel refinery
-Aluminium refinery
-Heavy Metal refinery (a combination of chromium and tungsten in one)
-Reduced cost of some buildings such as supply hub.

Slightly modified :
-economic laws
-trade laws.

-Added the new refinery construction speed for captain of industry.
-Modified industrial concern

-Changed the way some industry focuses work like construction tech and dispersed/concentrated.
(removed some output and added it back once the building in fully powered)
-Added ui to be able to see economic capacity surplus in construction tab
-Excavation techs also give some refinery building bonuses to resource production
