Description:

This is a tweaked KR compatible version of Better Mechanics : Commanders Limit
Only division command limit retained, as the naval capacity works poorly with AI.

Not Ironman Compatible
Compatible with Hoi4 Version(s): 1.14.* (Compatible with every version really)
Compatible with KR Version(s): 1.1.3
Localisation provided on all Hoi4 vanilla languages

Effect

This mod reduces the division commanding capacity from 24 to 14. Skilled Staffer trait still provides +6 division capacity to 20 is apparently a much more important trait.
Marshals still get to command 5+2 corps each like in vanilla. Not 3+2 from the original mod which requires way too many marshals.
Cost of recruiting new generals has been reduced to 60% of before as compensation

Philosophy

Same as the original mod suggested. This mod aims at
1. Improves Immersion
As the generals are commanding more historical size of army. It doesn’t feel right to fight a world war with only a handful of generals needed.

2. Rebalancing
Since KR introduced a national division capacity, by reducing average corp size, more leaders have their chance to show up. Originally sometimes you don’t even need to recruit any new commanders even by the endgame.

3. Smarter AI
AS AI now also divides armies into smaller chunks. They can now perform relatively more micro maneuvers, instead of frequent all-out push.
