Nowa Polska
Aktobe
Pavlodar
Kokshetau
Kostanay
the SSR
the State of AQ-Meshit

and Currently
have minor Post CW skeleton
the SSR
Nowa Polska
Pavlodar
and
Aktobe

Currently, the states that can send volunteers to the various states are
Tomsk and Novosibirsk for Pavlodar
Kemerovo for Kokshetau
Tatarstan and Bashkiria for Aq-Meshit
Tyumen and WRRF for the SSR
Sverdlovsk for Aktobe
