Description:

A simple decision to force any country to leave its faction at any time, with a temporary ban on joining any faction

Select a country’s capital on the map to mark the country, then click

1."Selected Country becomes free"
2.“Remove Selected Country from Faction“
3."Selected Country becomes free and Remove from Faction"

(theoretically compatible with mods).
