You can challenge them.

🌍 All AI nations instantly convert to a single ideology (Fascist or Communist, your choice)

🏛 All previous factions are dissolved

Start a normal 1936 campaign.

Open the Decisions tab.

Choose the ideology for the global bloc.

Prepare.

When ready, select "Challenge The Unified Order."
