UPDATE 2.0: This mod is no longer loaded into the game

This is a quickly stitched together bundle of defines and FX function changes in order to make Collapsing World: Rise of Radicalism work on Hearts of Iron IV version 1.17.4 and above.
It has been checked to fix the following issues:
-The game crashes after 7 days have passed
-No colours in most of the map modes
-No faction member countries have no colour
-Construction mode has no colours when building facilities or state industry
