Description:

A simple mod that reduces the cost of designing division templates by 20% (4 for battalions, 8 for support companies and 16 for regiments).

It also caps all XP types at 999 instead of 500.

I created this as a companion mod for my Enhanced AI mods, but you can use it with vanilla or any other mod.
