UK Rework + ETT1960 Compat

A compatibility mod for UK Rework that allows it to be used alongside Extended Tech Tree 1960.
Simply force loads the UK Rework focus tree and history file after ETT1960’s versions of those files, allowing them to overwrite the ETT1960 versions and be used alongside the rest of the ETT1960 mod.
