Moe Dusk

This is an anime-themed submod for Red Dusk.
I created this because I noticed a strong "vibe" similarity between Red Dusk and Cold War Iron Curtain. I figured, why not make a version of Red Dusk that feels like a streamlined anime continuation from the Cold War Iron Curtain Mod?

Focusing strictly on playable content for now and leader portrait (with news). The following nations have been updated:

1. USSR
2. USA
3. Czech
4. Yugoslavia
5. Vietnam
6. Iraq
7. Some Random Minor Countries
