Press d (not CapsLock) to upload equipment fast

Its function is simple: press d to upload your selected equipment fast. "ONCE""MAXIMUM" so you won’t worry about too cumbersome mouse click.
It is both adapted to Lend-Lease Program and International Market. If you have other requirements to make this mod adapt to other big mods you may ask me to do that in comments.
