Description:

During World War II, many countries used militias. For example, the Soviet Union, Great Britain, Germany, and many others. I consider it a major oversight that there is no option to create a militia in HOI4. Only a few countries have this option, and then mostly through focuses and decisions.

This mod allows any country to create militia divisions in the division editor. Also, any country can now research the militia subdoctrine; the requirement for communism has been removed.
