Recall Volunteers – Rebalanced
An updated and rebalanced version of the old "Recall Volunteers".
This fork adds a 90-days cooldown to sending volunteers to the same country after recalling them, mainly to avoid exploits like recalling volunteers when they’re encircled and them send them back again safely.
It also adds a more strong AI acceptance modifier so the AI doesn’t refuse you calling back your volunteers, which didn’t make sense.
