The War College
Beat the allegations. With a degree.
You have eight hundred hours in this game. You can recite the production efficiency formula from memory. You have opinions about whether 7/2s are still viable in the current meta and you will share them, unprompted, at family gatherings.
You also did not finish your bachelor’s.
Don’t you worry cadet! The War College, in fact, has a place for you or rather, for your generals, who are at this very moment making military history somewhere in Belgium. If only they were taught better…
Build the College for five civilian factories over ninety days and your officers will finally have somewhere to go that isn’t the front line and isn’t a court martial.
You pay fifty army experience to enroll your army in a weeks long wargame exercise. Then you pay equipment, in three phases, on whatever schedule you can manage. The Long Gray Line did not graduate in a weekend, and neither will you, unless you have the tank stockpile for it, in which case, by all means.
Updated to include academy upgrades, ability to assign a headmaster to teach other generals, and much more.
Each completed course grants a 180-day idea boosting mastery in the relevant track. Bonuses scale with tier.
There is one training slot. One. This is by design. The War College believes correctly that a general staff that tries to specialize in everything specializes in nothing. Pick a track. Commit. Finish what you started. (For once.)
The Commandant welcomes correspondence regarding bugs, balance concerns, or course suggestions. Letters may be submitted via the appropriate channels (Steam comments, mod page issues). Late assignments will not be accepted, but will be read with sympathy.
