FEATURES
With sufficient compliance, the Soviet Union can now integrate a selection of historical and historically plausible territories. The decision menu becomes visible after you complete "The Comintern" national focus and eliminate the Political Paranoia mechanic. Individual decisions are hidden behind other relevant requirements.

TERRITORIES AVAILABLE FOR INTEGRATION
– The Baltic SSRs – All Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian cores. Decisions are hidden until each respective country does not exist.

– Finnish Karelia and Petsamo – The territories seized from historical peace deals in the Winter War and Continuation War, respectively. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Moldovan SSR – The territories historically surrendered by Romania. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Eastern Poland – Annexed by the Soviet Union in accordance with the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Konigsberg – Annexed by the Soviet Union in a historical partitioning of Germany. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Kuril Islands and South Sakhalin – Historically annexed from Japan after WWII. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Carpathian Ruthenia- Historically annexed and integrated into the Ukrainian SSR after WWII. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR and the Eastern Poland decision has been completed.

– Tannu Tuva – A new decision to autocomplete the national focus to annex the tiny people’s republic. Requires Tannu Tuva to complete the "Political Commissars" focus (bottom of the generic communist branch). Visible unless Tannu Tuva is not an ally of the USSR.

– Finnish SSR – Should the Soviets achieve a more total victory in the Winter War or annex Finland at a later date, a new SSR can be created with significant compliance requirements and a stability penalty. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR and Finland does not exist.

– Polish SSR – Should the Soviets annex all territory historically held by Poland by 1939, a new SSR can be created with significant compliance requirements and a stability penalty. Hidden unless the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR and Poland does not exist.

Silesia, Ostmark and Hinterpommern – If the Polish SSR has been created after the Yalta Conference has promised the easternmost territories of Germany to Poland, the territories in question can be integrated into the SSR. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR and the Polish SSR decision has been completed.

– Ermland-Masuren – If the Polish SSR has been created, Ermland-Masuren can be integrated into the Kaliningrad Oblast. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR and the Konigsberg decision has been completed.

– Alaska – If Soviet Union annexes Alaska in a war or the United States surrenders it when the Soviets complete the "Recover Alaska" national focus, the territory can be integrated. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Hokkaido – Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Iranian Azerbaijan – Can be integrated into the Azerbaijani SSR. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Turkish Armenia – Can be integrated into the Armenian SSR. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Afghan SSR – Historically a strain on Soviet resources due to stiff local resistance, should Afghanistan be decisively pacified, a new SSR can be created with extensive compliance and resistance requirements and a stability penalty. Hidden until the respective territory is owned and controlled by the Soviets and Afghanistan does not exist.

– Sinkiang SSR – If Sinkiang becomes an autonomous SSR via its national focus tree and the Chinese Soviet Republic is no longer a viable independent communist movement (i.e. no longer communist, no longer exists, or is a puppet of the USSR), the Soviet Union can gain cores on the desert province. After cores are granted, Sinkiang must still be annexed via the autonomy system. Hidden until Sinkiang is a puppet of the Soviet Union.

– Mongolian SSR – Historically left independent for strategic reasons, if Mongolia is no longer needed as a buffer state, the People’s Republic can be integrated into the Union as a full SSR. Requires that all states bordering Mongolia belong to the Soviet Union, its puppets, or its allies. If Mongolia exists when the decision is taken, it will become a soviet puppet and have to be annexed via the autonomy system. Hidden until the requirements are met.

– Inner Mongolia – If the Mongolian SSR has been created, the Chinese states comprising Inner Mongolia can be integrated as cores of both Mongolia and the Soviet Union. Hidden until the prior decision has been taken and the respective territories are owned and controlled by the USSR.

– Manchurian SSR – Historically invaded by the Soviets in the final year of WWII and returned to Chinese Nationalist control until the Chinese Civil War resumed. If the Chinese Soviet Republic is no longer a viable independent communist movement (i.e. no longer communist, no longer exists, or is a puppet of the USSR), the Soviet Union can integrate the region in a series of three decisions.

COMPATABILITY
To my knowledge, most if not all of the decisions should work without DLC. Since this mod only adds files and doesn’t alter existing ones, it should be compatible with most mods as long as the historical path on the Soviet national focus tree is unaltered.
