Kaiserreich Flag Tweaks is back, now lighter-weight and up-to-date (wow that rhymed)!

Original desc:

"Started as a personal mod way back for me because I didn’t like how KR changed Canada’s flag to be red instead of the classic blue, and has now grown into a total replacement mod for every flag in KR that I don’t like. … I will not be changing focus icons or anything other than the gfxflags folder, don’t ask."
