本Modでは新しく追加されたディシジョンにより統一を目指します。各領邦に傀儡政権を設置し、それらを統合することで国家形成が可能となります。
注意: 本modで追加されるディシジョンは国家タグ「BAY」をもつ国のみに表示されます。コマンドやゲームルール、国家の解放などを用いて、バイエルンを解放してから、バイエルンとしてプレイしましょう。
