German Cores
Allows Germany to aquire cores in all territories with either a German majority or that were part of the Austrian empire.
This includes Holland (Holland is a german dialect), Belgium (majority dutch speaking), Denmark and Switzerland.
The cores you can get from Austria are Slovenia, Litorale and Istria, Alto Adige and Trentino, Bohemia and Moravia, Zaolzie, Katowice and Kraków.
It always felt a balance point to me that Germany could not get those cores, since the Holy Roman Empire or the Kaisereich can get even more, then something that makes sense.
Now you can core these states without beating the Soviet Union or trying to revive the HRE.
The decision is repeatable, because there is no fix for a collaberation goverment taking cores from you. So as long as either you or one of your puppets controls the states you can integrate them.
You even get some nice boni if you manage to get all states.
Is only based on additional decisions and should be compatible with everything that does not change states or reworks the GER tags. Or all game updates that do not change this.
