Leader’s Perks (Player Only) (Unofficial)
A Player-Only, unofficial bugfix update (with permission) of Kiiltwearer4’s Old World Blues (OWB) mod. Please do not use both files at the same time

This mod does not alter the effects of the perks themselves, but rather fixes various bugs and removes clutter upon completion.
What this mod changes:
-Unfinished Hoarder code implemented
-Cowboy’s progression has been fixed to go to level V instead of looping back to level I forever
-minor Medic formatting fixes
-English Localization proofreading and changes
-If you manage to get every perk in a category (something far easier for the implants) the categories self-hide, decluttering the Decision menu
