Five Year Plans & Soviet Economic Advisors
Hi everyone, this mod adds some small stuff to the communist nations. You can enact five year plans and get soviet advisors for your economy.
The five year plan works with a decision and a national spirit. You get a boost to civ construction and consumer goods discount but some weekly negative stability for five years. You are expected to triple your factory count by the end of this five years. You get some stability back if you’re successful.
As for the advisors, if you have a communist government you can take a decision to invite advisors from the Soviet Union for political power. You get a Captain of Industry or a War Industrialist from the decision. You need to have advisor from the USSR for the gosplan.
