The original mod’s Workshop description is written in Simplified Chinese. Below is an unofficial English translation, so you can tell what this mod is before you play it.

Title: 潜龙腾渊 ("Qianlong Tengyuan" — "The Submerged Dragon Rises from the Abyss").

Because compatibility updates have become more difficult, this version temporarily bundles the The Fire Rises (TFR) base mod; simply launch it on its own when playing.

The Qianlong Tengyuan development team (hereinafter "we") hereby issues the following official statement, to clarify our position and avoid misunderstanding:

1. Clarification of our position regarding "The Fire Rises (TFR)" content
We hereby clearly state that we have no cooperation, affiliation, or shared-creation relationship with the "The Fire Rises" (hereinafter "TFR") team. We do not endorse or approve of any content or form of expression by "TFR" relating to Chinese background, culture, politics, or society. On the creative philosophy, historical research, and methodology of such subject matter, we have fundamental disagreements with "TFR".

2. Financial independence and non-profit statement
All of our development, operation, and promotional work is voluntary, unpaid, interest-driven creation by our members. We have never accepted funds, sponsorship, or material support from any external individual, organization, or institution in any form, nor have we ever charged any player any sponsorship or fee. Our work involves no commercial transaction, transfer of benefits, or profit-making.

3. Compliance statement on game assets and likenesses
The images of historical figures, leaders, and so on used in the game and related artwork are cited solely for the needs of specific fictional storytelling, for audio-visual expression in virtual game scenes only, with absolutely no commercial use. All cited images come from official PRC websites, public news media, or already publicly released historical material.

4. Disclaimer on the fictional and entertainment nature of the content
All game content we create, publish, or present (including but not limited to writing, plot, paths, settings, etc.) is fictional game material based on a specific premise, intended for entertainment and gameplay only. The above content in no way represents — and should not be interpreted as — our views, evaluations, implications, or positions on real-world politics, historical events, social systems, or any real person, organization, or country. We ask players to treat it rationally and not to draw any comparison, association, or extended interpretation between fictional game content and reality.
