Capitulation Messages Popup

This mod replaces vanilla HOI4’s generic news events that are triggered when a country capitulates during a war with a popup GUI, paired with a capitulation message that matches the capitulated nation. The mod features over 40 unique capitulation messages, mainly tailored to the historical HOI4 vanilla experience, and the messages are catered to such scenarios.

This mod is made in the style of Equestria at War’s capitulation messages popup that I implemented for the Equestria at War development team.

Multiplayer compatible.
NOT Ironman compatible.

I am willing to allow any mod creator to use, adapt, or incorporate this mechanic into their own mods. The only exception to this is redistribution as part of a mod pack or compilation where this mod, or the mechanic itself, is included substantially unchanged and bundled alongside other mods.
