BICE Submod: Extended Historical Division Spawn

My goal was to add more „Aufstellungswellen“ to BICE. But over the last months i added a lot more stuff and did a lot of rework too, thx Sol Inherent for his help. Now i want it to share! Have fun with it!

Features:

• added most "Aufstellungswellen" till Welle 27

• added decision and events to form more Gebirgsjäger-Divisionen, Skijäger-Division, all Jäger-Divisionen

• added chain to upgrade 7. Flieger-Division -> 1. Fallschirmjäger-Division (starts with NF „Fallschirmjäger“), added decision and events to form more Fallschirmjäger-Divisionen and Luftlande-Divisionen

• reworked Anschluss-events to delete all Austrian units

• added decision and events to form all Panzer-Divisionen and Infanterie-Divisionen (mot.) in 1940, reworked all of the existing events

• Fallschirm-Panzer-Division Hermann Göring and Panzer-Lehr-Division are formable by decision, no use for he NF (won’t touch NF), Fallschirm-Panzer-Division Hermann Göring gets an upgrade in 1944 to add a Panther-Abteilung

• added decision and events to form all other Panzer-Divisionen and Panzergrenadier-Divisionen till January 1945, every Panzer-Division formed before 1943 gets an upgrade in 1943 or 1944

• reworked DAK events and added more units (except Division "Hermann Göring")

• added units like 250. Infanterie-Division (Azul) or 78. Sturm-Division

• added unique template-counters for all Leichte Divisionen, Panzer-Divisionen, Infanterie-Divisionen (mot.), Panzergrenadier-Divisionen and many other divisions, added many more decision-icons

• reworked existing decisions and events. I added „Change unit“ commands to every event, deleted the „Form unit“ commands if possible

• unlocked SS-units and fixed some non-motorized subunits

• reduced xp to upgrade templates because there are so many to deal with

• Event GFX and descriptions are not finished yet

• Some "Wellen" used foreign equipment, feature is’nt implemented yet

NOTE!!! Do not change template-names or promote division-commanders, this would break events!
